Welcome to The Band!
The Band plays at the 9:00 a.m. worship service... a casual and usually contemporary service, where the atmosphere is welcoming, easy-going, and upbeat... just like The Band! We welcome anyone with musical aspirations and inspiration to join us. Beginner or advanced... the more the merrier. You can just show up at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday and get in a quick rehearsal of the morning's repertoire, or ask for a playlist and rehearse between services the Sunday before.
All instruments are welcome... from Accordian to Zither. If you're good, we'll give you a solo. If you're bad, we'll just play louder and drown you out. Don't be shy!
Do you like to sing, but not the choir type? Come and join the Praise Singers... they sing along and lead the congregation at the 9:00 service. Don't worry, there is no advanced clapping or waving of arms required.
